From there, accompaniment begins. We walk the path with you — present week after week, problem-solving in real time, holding the thread of strategy through the inevitable complexity of execution. We know that the work is built through practice — through showing up, getting the reps, and trusting that the path reveals itself by walking it. Where something isn't moving, we ask why. Where something is working, we understand it well enough to build on it. We help you keep moving.

We work with a small number of clients at any one time. This is intentional. Real accompaniment requires real presence — and real presence is impossible when spread too thin.
